| 07.20.07::::Big update, of course, since so much time has passed: Four new releases,  |\|
| three of which are CD only, and the long-awaited 99 Wings by OKFox. Two new BFGs      |\|
| albums, the latest proper album and a b-sides collection, plus the LLR Summer '07     |\|
| Compilation, featuring unreleased tracks by a bunch of LLR artists. All the cds can be|\|
| purchased at Cheapo in Moorhead MN, and soon at Orange Records in Fargo ND, as well as|\|

| 03.14.07::::Another new release online, this one was slipped into my mailbox in a     |\|
| brown paper envelope, with a note that said "All of this is the fault of the Casio    |\|
| PT82. Release it, and you will release me." It seemed rather cryptic to me, but that's|\|

| 01.07.07::::Ohm Faarrgo Ode: FM Seen CD #1 Remixes is now online. It turns out that   |\|

| 01.03.07::::So now we are in the improbable year of 2007. I want to start out the year|\|
| by releasing the Magnetic Jihad Remix Terror Crew's scrambling of the first FM Seen   |\|
| Magazine compilation, but I can't remember the name of one of the bands. If anyone out|\|
| there can confirm, it is track twelve, which I think was by Holiday. I carelessly     |\|
| threw away my copy of the comp and neglected to write down the names or keep a        |\|
| finished copy of the remix album. So you can see my problem, I really want to give    |\|
| these guys the credit for the song that was mangled and processed and turned into a   |\|

| 12.03.06::::Apparently this long gap between update is becoming my M.O. now. Modus    |\|

| 9.15.06::::A lot of time has passed since the last update, but oh the time rolls      |\|
| along. Manchester Bulge has a show at the Aquarium on Sunday, at 10PM, charmingly     |\|
| known as the "Noise vs. Punks Show". MB opens, followed by noisers Yellow Swans, then |\|
| Les Dirty Frenchmen and the International Playboys. 21+, 5bux! MB also made some      |\|
| shirts, cds and stickers for the show, all handmade, and hopefully we'll have scans of|\|
| all that up soon. Also in the news today, upcoming release from Antiarctica called    |\|
| "MELT MELT STARVE KILL", which is a noise album about, well, if you can't tell by the |\|

| 7.25.06::::As promised and hopefully much anticipated, because I'm so excited: Dogme  |\|
| 95's Box Set, a collection of early recordings and demos has just been released! It   |\|
| has four different covers by graphic designer Stephen Gose, besides being chock full  |\|

| you had quadruplets! The last one snuck out sometime this morning while you were      |\|
| asleep. Now I know I'm only the doctor, giver of life and all, but would you mind if I|\|
| named it for you? I'd like to call it "Keep On Keepin' On by the Blue Fairy           |\|

| Dogme 95 of Chicago's Mission Label is going to be releasing a collection of older    |\|
| recordings called "Box Set" right here on the 25th of this month! And then, as if your|\|
| poor heart could handle the excitement, Manchester Bulge is playing a show in the dear|\|
| city of Fargo the very next day, plus another show on August 12th, both in the VFW    |\|
| Basement. Both shows cost a measly five bucks, the one on the 26th starts at 7PM, the |\|

| 6.13.06::::A bunch of things have happened lately, but I've been too busy to tell you |\|
| about them all. Well, since the previous show with the Punks, the Bulge has played    |\|
| twice at the Upfront Gallery, the first time for the gallery opening and the second   |\|
| for Amber Franklin's solo show. They also played at the Fargo VFW, which we have      |\|
| photographic evidence of, and another show at the Red Raven. Man have they been busy. |\|

| 1.5.06::::We start the new year with a look to the past, reissuing D-503's first      |\|
| album, way back from 2000. It brings a tear to my eye, thinking of how quickly they   |\|
| grow. In other news, Manchester Bulge played their New Year's Eve show, and it went   |\|
| off without a hitch - unless you count the part where Adam fell down the stairs       |\|
| loading equipment and broke his wrist! Adam is going to be lugging around a fancy cast|\|
| for a month, so if you see him, give him a cigarette, buy him a beer, just don't give |\|

| 12.16.05::::Manchester Bulge is playing a show on New Year's Eve at the Red Raven     |\|
| Espresso Parlor. I believe this is taking place at some point in the evening, so be   |\|
| there or be square. In other news, Archive.org is doing some reformatting so I'm re-  |\|
| checking links and stuff, and I'm thinking about uploading some more older D-503      |\|
| albums of noisey goodness, cos there really are a lot of them, and I still like some  |\|
| of them. And that is the news.                                                        |\|

| 12.1.05::::A new album has been uploaded to Archive.org, which is exciting, I think;  |\|
| Virtual Friend by Console Enemy. There is an info page for CE in the >artists section |\|
| and there will of course be a page for the album in the releases section, once it     |\|
| passes the Archive curators, which will hopefully happen later today. Keep your eyes  |\|

| 11.9.05::::OK, the releases page has been redone. Some of the "Save All" links will   |\|
| give you three copies of every song, due to some weirdness with the Archive.org setup;|\|
| my recommendation is to download the songs individually. Let me know if any of the    |\|
| links are messed up, cos I don't feel like checking them all right now.               |\|

| 11.8.05::::We've had a couple complaints about people having difficulty locating      |\|
| releases and some confusion over Archive.org's format, so I'm doing a bit of          |\|
| restructuring as far as how the "releases" section is handled, maybe forming a        |\|
| committee or something. Look for a new layout on the releases page in the near future.|\|
| Other than that, everyone is busy at work making music, so we'll talk later.          |\|

| 11.1.05::::October sure flew by in a haze of not updating- here are a few of the      |\|
| things we forgot to tell you about: The Math-Amphetamines and Lava-Proof Boots put out|\|
| a split cassette single, limited to nine copies for some damn reason, which you can   |\|
| pick up for free at Red Raven in Fargo, if they still have any. Edwin P. Manchester   |\|
| decided he was going to record ten hours of music, cut it into ten pieces and put them|\|
| out as ten different albums, all named the same thing so no one knows which one       |\|
| they'll get. Adam Mickelson [Bird Flu] and Edwin are working on an album together as  |\|
| well, which is probably going to be really lo-fi melodic noise, or noisey melodicism, |\|
| however you choose to look at it. More news to follow soon, hopefully semi-regularly. |\|

| 10.1.05::::The Math-Amphetamines album is flying off the shelves (metaphorically      |\|
| speaking of course)! I'm glad so many people are interested, because I am quite proud |\|
| of that one, although don't let the other albums know in case it damages their self-  |\|
| esteem. And speaking of other albums, Warmmilk's EP "Songs to Listen to Once" is      |\|

| USMilk's "Onepop" just got uploaded, which I am excited about. That should be         |\|
| available for download by tomorrow. Also upcoming is an EP by Warmmilk called "Songs  |\|
| to Listen to Once," which is one song away from completion, possibly a split between  |\|

| has been uploaded to Archive.org, this one using the actual studio recording (as      |\|
| opposed to a tape of the radio broadcast) as its source. Also, it looks like the      |\|

| the risk of having to change their name at some point in the future, they just went   |\|
| ahead and did it now. The Subtractions are now the Math-amphetamines, cos they love   |\|

| we at Lucha Libre decided that our electronic music man of mystery would adopt a new  |\|
| secret identity rather than put up a big stink and try to keep the name. We justified |\|
| this by scuffing our feet on the floor while looking sullen and saying that we were   |\|
| sick of that dumb old name anyway . Several names were considered, but for the moment |\|
| we have decided to go with Lava-Proof Boots as a new name. This may change at some    |\|
| point, or it might not, regardless, let's welcome Lava-Proof Boots to the Lucha Libre |\|
| Army.                                                                                 |\|

| 7.27.05::::LLR011, The Blue Fairy Godmothers - Live on Radio Free Fargo has been added|\|
| to the >releases page, you should check that out. Catchy pop/punk/rock weirdness from |\|
| the Beatles of Fargo [haha, yes]. A marked departure from the usual sound of the Lucha|\|
| Libre catalogue.                                                                      |\|
| Also, in two short days the Underwear Rock Festival is happening at the Fargo VFW,    |\|
| featuring Manchester Bulge, Noble Haze, Operative, Sister Vs. Sister, DJ Just Nine,   |\|
| New York Sleeps and the aforementioned Blue Fairy Godmothers. Doors open at 7pm, show |\|

| One more bit of news, this regarding our next planned release: The Subtractions are   |\|
| currently hard at work on an album [or EP] of poppy electronic love dirges, so stay   |\|
| tuned.                                                                                |\|

| 7.6.05::::Lucha Libre is on the verge of releasing a radio recording of the >Blue     |\|
| Fairy Godmothers called "Live on Radio Free Fargo". Yes folks, right on the verge.    |\|
| If you keep misbehaving we'll just go ahead and do it.                                |\|
| Also, in a minor note, the guestbook seems to be malfunctioning and dropping          |\|
| entries or something, so we might fix that someday.                                   |\|

| 6.15.05::::Lucha Libre Recordings went online at >Archive.org , check out this link   |\|
| or the releases page for that stuff.                                                  |\|
| Manchester Bulge has a show coming up, July 29th at the Fargo VFW, so be sure to      |\|
| check that out. Apparently there are going to be quite a few bands involved, I don't  |\|
| have an exact number but I'm pretty sure its more than five for the night, plus a dj. |\|
| If everything works out there should be a recording of that show posted afterwards.   |\|
